  I. CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION 

          1.For Grand chess-master with ELO higher than 2500, personally invited, all  
               services are free of charge. GM and international master don't pay  
               tournament fee. 

              with ELO   2350 - 2500          -   40 $ 
              with ELO   2250 - 2350          -   45 $ 
              with ELO   2200 - 2250          -   55 $ 
              with ELO  to 2200                  -   60 $  

Participants younger than 18 and older than 60 pay 50% of the tuornament fee    
and  15 % discount by from the hotel price 

Transfer  free of charge 
for groups more than 10 pax - 15 % reduction 

          2. Accommodated in hotel "Strandja"

  II.PROGRAMME OF THE FESTIVAL 

     System of playing: The Swiss system in 9 rounds acc. FIDE regulations.. 

     1st day - accomodation and registration of the participants 
            - 13.00 - Technical conferance and inaguration of the Festival. 
            - 15.00 - start of the I-st round 
     from the 2nd to 9th day from 14.00 - 20.00 ,control 2 hours for 40 moves  
     + 1 hour for ending each game. 
     9 th day  - last round from  10.00 to 16.00 
     After that bestowing the prizes, Closing the festival and cocktail  

     Additional eintertainment  programm  
     1 .Barbeque 
     2. Fashion and fragrance-show 
     3. Wine tasting in folkstyle restaurant 
     4. Mini foot ball 
    
     The tournament has international rating. 

Award fund:  3000 $ by minimum 60 participants 

15 awards.  Price deviding :  Hort system, 
4 special awards: 1 for best ungraded,1 for best senior, 1 for best Junior,1 for 
best lady prizes in case of minimal 5 player in category. 
I-st prize - 1000 $
